Nivada Sports Chrono Prototype Blue Dial 'NOS'

Okay so let’s get serious for once..😅: 

This Nivada Sports Chrono is a special watch you will not see very often.. The cases were manufactured for Nivada and Dugena, however the hands give away that this is most likely a Nivada prototype. In 2015/2016 a number of these came on the market. No clue as to how this happened and who took/received them. This one was sold by Theo and Harris in 2016. 

They came in two dial variants: black with cream subdials and blue with black subdials. Of which the blue one was less seen in overall numbers. The dial was also referred to as a Paul Newman dial, due to the dial design / font that is classic Jean Singer & Cie. Both versions of watches have the same wide case with 525 163 278 500-1 caseback inscription and are powered by a standard Valjoux 7765. This one is in as good as NOS condition. The 37mm case is bulky but wears very nicely.. 🥰 Such a special watch..
