Chaumet Rectangular 18K Yellow Gold Lapis Lazuli Stone Dial

I have to be totally honest, this is the first time owning a vintage Chaumet watch for the store. Before buying this beautiful example I did not know anything about the brand. 🫣However that is the beauty of vintage watches, there is always something to learn! And I am glad I picked this stunner up, let the photos speak for itself, I mean come on..! 🤯

Chaumet is one of those brands that is mostly focused on jewelry but makes watches on the side. You can see it in most of their pieces, they all have something jewelry inside them. Like this classic 18k yellow gold ‘tank- shaped’ example, it has a nice and thick real Lapis Lazuli dial.💙 Real natural stone and it shows! In the bright sun this thing is in-sane.. Fully serviced and running absolutely brilliant.
