Baume & Mercier Riviera Ref. 5113.038 Steel and Gold
I have a soft spot for the Baume & Mercier Riviera, especially in this price range... I mean come on, the watch is sporty but also dressy in the best way possible. The old style case and bracelet have many sharp corners and facets and that bracelet also integrates very well, it is instantly recognizable in design. This is why I love the early versions of the Riviera, no corners were cut, or were they? 😅
The watch is very flat due to the quartz movement and therefore also wears super comfortable. The white roman dial in this example makes it a bit more classical, but that makes it even more versatile in my opinion. Forget your Tissot PRX quartz for the integrated bracelet look this summer. This one even comes with real gold. End of discussion 🫢
